Two more weeks and I get to go home! Although I have ridiculous red-eye flights and some lengthy layovers in O'Hare airport in Chicago, I can't wait. I miss my family and my dog and my stupid cats and am ready to see them. It doesn't feel like I've been here almost 5 months, but I have. I swear time moves faster here.

the city of Seattle sucks. Seriously. For starters, I'm seriously paranoid about getting in trouble for not having changed over my plates/license yet and been living here since July. Long fucking day. Ugh.

My favorite days are the ones I spend slaving away for near 12 hours, never taking a moment to eat or drink anything. I got home tonight and had a bite of hummus on a stale tortilla chip, my tongue thought it was the best thing it'd ever touched.
