I was at Target getting some stuff, when I noticed a woman with two bags in her cart put the wheels of her cart over the curb by her car. She put the bags in her car, and got in. I waited a moment to see if she'd get back out and put the cart away, but she did not ( Read more... )

I was walking by a Toyota SUV and I noticed this on it. Entirely too witty and cute not to take note of... the creative (and yet phonetically correct) deliberate mis-spelling of "melon" was obvious to me immediately.

Went grocery shopping today. Spent a grand total of about $205 (my larger of the two receipts blew away in the windy parking lot, so I don't know the exact figure, but that's within a couple of bucks). All the xmas shit at work went 75% off today, so I took an oppertunity to go shopping after my shift was over. I got a whole cartload of crap, a good 4/5ths of which was less than a buck each. When I went in to work this (Saturday) morning, I arrived at 3:25AM for my shift starting at 3:30AM, allowing of course for Chris' lazy ass to take his time waddling up to let us in.
