I know that some languages are symbol based, or we have perverted their alphabets to our use as symbols. I wonder how Hispanophones write (with a pen on paper) the reverse exclamation mark (¡): from top to bottom (as the 'i' character) or from bottom to top?

Quick question about usage of the € symbol.

Do all countries put it before the number (€10), or do some put it after (10€)?

So far I know that the Dutch defo put it before, but I have this sneaking memory of seeing it placed after when I was in Spain.
