I have a question regarding Norwegian forms of address, and I'm having a tough time googling it.

I'm writing some Buffy / Thor fanfic and want an old Norse version of "Vampire slayer," which Thor will use when addressing Buffy, saying something like "I am honoured to meet you, vampire slayer." I only want to translate the title "vampire slayer", not the whole phrase.

When do you use inversion in Norwegian? Is it dependent on dialect?

If anyone could point me to a good English-language source on Norwegian grammar, that would be incredibly helpful as well. Mostly I've been learning both bokmål and nynorsk via friends, but I haven't had any great luck guessing word order based on either English or German.

I'm learning Norwegian, both nynorsk and bokmål, and would really like some suggestions for reference books on the history of the dialects as well as online dictionaries.
