Have you guys ever seen Push? It's a 2009 film starring Chris Evans (CASEY JONES/CAPTAIN AMERICA) and Dakota Fanning (whatevs). It could have been subtitled Adventures in Mediocrity, and the female lead had a bad case of hollywood woman syndrome, and I'm pretty sure the script was written by the apes from that hilarious Rise of the Planet of the Apes trailer. It has an 87% on Rotten Tomatoes, which I would say is fair. It's not the cinematic event of the decade, but it's damn good fun. The emotional arcs are generally well-handled and they all meet in the same place, which is perhaps why the climax of the film is so emotionally as well as viscerally satisfying.
