Tonight, Stevie Nicks is in town... of course I can't go (and only got to go in 2006 because of the kindness of Stella), but maybe I will dress up witchy and play some of her songs and dance by myself. Just because she is near.

YAY! My friend who was thought to possibly have cancer just had exploratory surgery, and the results are -- NOT CANCER! Thank whatever gods there are. Or just blind luck. But thank something.

In addition to seeing Caché Saturday night, we also went to the theatre Friday night for Brokeback Mountain. I can hardly believe I saw two movies in the theatre in one weekend!
