You know, I love eyeliner. Especially on the inner lid, which I think makes eyes, especially dark eyes, look so pretty (see sexy pirate pic behind cut). Yet when I put eyeliner there, it's gone in three to five blinks. Why?? Am I using the wrong kind of eyeliner? Am I cursed with particularly moist inner eyelids?
