So, on Saturday, I made cheese for the first time. This was unplanned. I stupidly assumed that the BIG grocery store would have ricotta cheese. It didn't. SO I made some.

W00t! The won is back up to 1000 = 80 cents! (It was at 71.5 last week and it was freaking me out.) I still want it to be around 90.

In other news, Leah and I hung out yesterday, and had lunch at COEX. We decided to walk instead of taking the subway, and outside COEX, what do we see?

Soooo, on Saturday I got up and went up to Itaewon (which I plan to do when the sun is shining and not when the moon has risen, henceforth) to meet Leah and Pavi for lunch. So, today I continued with my observations of classes, which was fine. Some of the kids I observed on Monday saw me today (kids come either for two hours on MWF or three hours on TuTh), and waved excitedly, which was supercute and which I totally didn't expect. Today a number of the juniors, who are the people I would be friends with if I were their age or vice versa, mostly the choir, came after school and presented me with a card, a storybook about me, and a slideshow that was set to Wicked's "For Good ( Read more... )
