So yeah, I haven't written anything in a while. Last quarter was really hard and it was really hard for me to be anything but negative, and I didn't think I really needed to spread that around the internet, so I didn't. ~ Hopefully home by 9 to hopefully start my 10 page paper (I still have two 20 page sources to read first) Actually  didn't get home until 9:30,

I just finished my third week at my new job. And I have to say I am SOO busy. All day long there is something for me to do. Stuff I have to leave unfinished from the day to pick up the next. Several times this week, I've looked at my clock and realized that it's 12:45 and I still haven't gone to lunch. This week was much easier then last week, thankfully. After Sunday I started to feel much more able to handle life. There is still definit effects of the withdrawl, I still get dizzy spells and as the day goes on, I'm usually pretty wiped out and moody by the end. So this last week has not only kicked my ass, it did it repeatedly.

I completed my first full week of classes. I'm pretty excited for this quarter, though it is going to be tough. I'm taking an Expository Writing class. It's a requirement for my major. I've always enjoyed English classes for their ability to push my thinking just that much further ( Read more... )

I know my opinion is a rarity, but Fall is not at all my favorite season. In fact, it's my least favorite season. I hate the winds and the cold, and the whole season just irritates me. I got a promotion!!!!! After going stir crazy as a secretary for the last 3 years, I am moving on up! :)  A few weeks ago one of the ladies in my office was promoted to a new position.
