Haven't done a damn thing today, but soooo tired.  I cannot concentrate on anything at all.  Not even to read!  I had a really icky allergy attack earlier and now have a really red eye to add to my list of aches and pains.

Ow! Ow!  Ow!

My back/shoulder/neck is killing me today.  The PT and my massage therapist say it's my rhomboids that are giving me trouble, but I think it is my serratus posterior superior.  I have all of the referred pain areas except for the pectoral area and the elbow and back areas are particularly painful today.  Even my TriggerPointer stick isn ( Read more... )

If you're in pain, isn't it great fun to sit in an exam room with a really uncomfortable chair for over an hr?  Fortunately, it was a different exam rm than the one I sat in a week ago... for over an hr!

I've noticed that my wrists don't have to be flexed or extended to have tingling, numbness and pain.  I've had a painful area in my rt shoulder blade area that if I try to stretch my neck down or flex my elbow, the nerve symptoms start.  That can't be good.  I also woke with terrible pains in both wrists this morning after about an hr of sleep.  It ( Read more... )

I think I slept 11 or 12 hrs over the last 24.  I seem to be doing that on most weekends when I don't have anything planned out and about.  There's just a complete feeling of exhaustion by Thurs night that I barely get rid of by Mon morning.  The pain in my back and arm cannot be helping matters at all.
