The hard drive on my satellite DVR frakked itself and dumped all my recorded shows and timers are gone! Now I get to reprogram the damn thing. Meh -

I really need to remember THAT weekend before I start missing ties to family and think maybe I can forgive. He doesn't think he did anything wrong at all and thinks I'm overreacting.

The floods are up again in the ND area. What does that have to do with me here in CA? I lived at Grand Forks AFB, ND 12 yrs ago during the historic flood of '97. Was it April...? Yep, April 18 and 19, 1997, the Red River of the North broke through the dikes in Grand Forks, ND and East Grand Forks, MN and flooded the towns.

It's BAD-BAD-BAD to forget to take one's 225 mg dose of Effexor for 25hrs. Bad sleep, odd dreams, eyeballs felt like they had tremors and awful dizziness! Bleah... -

Oh well, it was nice wile it lasted. The energy I felt yesterday and the day before is completely gone. My hand/wrist is really, really sore, and so is my back. I've gotten absolutely NOTHING accomplished today except for ordering new work shoews from Zappos. Even my neck is sore today. I'm telling ya, housework can maim or even kill!!! ( Read more... ) -

I've got more energy than I have since way before surgery and that's a GOOD THING! Unfortunately, my back is still hurting. It hurts more when I am standing or walking than when I am bending over.
