Yesterday was a bit of a weird day. Because of Friday night I woke up in an off mood. I was annoyed at Mark because he played Spore until 2am. He thought he was asleep when he came to bed but I had woken up because I was hot. He also starting texting when he came to bed and even though his phone was on silent I could still hear him pressing the buttons. It turns out he texted Emma, but she obviously didn't reply. Mark woke up hours later than I did, and I still wasn't really in a very good mood but he didn't pay much attention to me. He practically got up, had a shower and left. He was going to help his dad install some power points. He said he told me about it, but I don't remember hearing about it.
Mum came around yesterday morning because they didn't on Friday night, and we ended up going shopping. We found lots of nice dresses again, but guessed that Louise probably wouldn't like them. It's six weeks until her graduation, so she'd really want to get her ass into gear to find a dress or else she won't be going. I found a couple of cute ones because I need a dress to wear as well. I'm still thinking I might just wear the orange one I wore to Michelle's wedding because I don't have much money at the moment. I found a nice dress in the new shop in the new arcade that we have in town. I thought it looked like a real expensive shop but it's actually not. I found this super cute green floraly dress but I tried it on and it looked too casual. It's too bad, because it's not casual enough for me to know that I will wear it a fair bit, and I don't go anywhere that nice anyway so I left it. I put a dress on hold at the dress shop in town. I tried it on and it's so cute, and it's a nice colour, and it's only $80. I took a photo of me trying it on and sent it to Mark and he loved it. I don't think he's ever called a dress beautiful before! I put it on hold until Monday, but I'm not sure that I can afford it. I probably could, and just scrape by, but I don't want to have no money in my account. The orange dress is fine, and Louise's grad isn't my do so I may as well just wear a dress I already have. And if I wear the orange one I can wear the pearls that Mark bought me for my 18th birthday.
We had to wait for Louise to come down from work, and I was almost late for work but I made it. Mark drove past me on my way up there with Jason in the car, so they were obviously doing the car swap over because Mark fixed his car on Friday night. Work was ok. I had a massive headache, and had had all day, but I survived work. It was pretty quiet, which was good. It was also a little bit weird because Saturdays are usually hella busy. I got everything done quite easily, even though it looked like I wouldn't because two girls went home at six so for two hours it was just me and one other girl and it was quite constant. Mark picked me up when I got to the carpark because he was on his way home. He had dinner with his parents because it was Michelle's husband's birthday yesterday or the day before. I did go because I was at work, and didn't feel like going anyway.
We decided to go out when we got home. We munched on some food, and I had a chocolate bar for dinner, which actually wasn't intentional, I thought we'd be eating out but then we didn't. We got changed and walked over to the club. It was a bit cold out, but I reassured myself that I'd warm up. It was Alastair's birthday, so he was with his girlfriend (who is Emma's cousin) and some of his other friends that we didn't know. I had one Midori and lemonade when we got there and Mark had a few beers. We played pool. At first it was Alastair and his girlfriend versus his other friends (who were in a couple). Then Mark and I played Alastair's friends because they won, but it just turned into a game with the two guys because I didn't feel like playing. Mark lost, so Alastair and his friend played again. I'm going to name Alastair's girlfriend Ellie, just because I seem to see her a lot more now that Mark and Alastair are always doing things together.
Then we went up to the pub before they started charging to get in. It was looking pretty pitiful but it did eventually pick up. The pub is so different now. They've done it up so it looks a bit flash now. They moved the pokies into a new room, and put a stage out the back where tables used to be, even though there was still a stage inside. There's also a new bar upstairs which is pretty flash looking. I haven't been out since July, when we all went out for Tara's birthday. And then before that I think it was February, for Hannah's birthday. The girls were actually having drinks at Hannah's place before going out, but I finished work at 8pm and then decided I'd just go with Mark. All the girls ended up out though, which was really good. We sat and complained for a little while about how old we were getting and how we didn't know anyone. I actually knew quite a few people who were out because uni is on break so a lot of the people from school were home and out. I didn't talk to many of them though because I didn't like many of them. Most of them said hi and I even got a few cuddles.
Someone that Gabby knew was having a 21st up at the new bar upstairs and she invited us up even though she only knew Gabby, and had no idea who the rest of us were. So we went upstairs to the new bar and felt severly under dressed because everyone else was in formal dresses and suits. The upstairs bar was nice, but very posh looking for the pub. We sang happy birthday and then slipped out to go back downstairs. I sat with the girls for a little while, and we went and danced to the band because it was the same band that played on the night of Tara's birthday when Andie danced on the stage drunk with the blow up guitar. The band kind of sucked though. They wouldn't play the songs we asked for, and they did a horrible rendition of Teenagers (My Chemical Romance) and no one else except me knew the song anyway. I was happy that they played it, but they kind of ruined it a little. We had fun sitting on the back table taking selfies, but Andie did most of those. There was me, Andie, Hannah, a girl that Hannah went to school with (that is also Jayden and Bub's cousin), Gabby and a friend of Gabby's that I know by sight because I see her all the time. Andie took most of the photos, so I'll have to steal them off her Facebook when she puts them on.
Then I went back to sit with Mark, Alastair, Ellie and Alastair's other friends. After that it was a fun night full of laughing and watching the boys be a bit too drunk, even though Ellie was quite drunk as well. I bought another drink, which made a grand total of two for the night, and I didn't feel them at all. We sat for a while, and walked around for a while, and I lost Mark a few times. I took a few photos with Ellie and Alastair, and then some of Mark with a friend (the guy who got the trainee manager position that Mark and Daniel applied for) and Mark looks quite funny. He was really quite drunk, almost embarassing, but he had a good time. He talked lots to people from school that I didn't talk to. He lost a bit of his popularity due to me in school, but he still talks to people when we see them. There are a few that I talk to, but not many. I finally got everyone to come and dance and Mark wanted to see some dirty dancing. I think Alastair did too, but Ellie isn't the type. Mark said that the other girl there was bisexual, but she wasn't my type and didn't seem interested in even dancing close so I didn't worry about her. We were supposed to dance with Emma, who was out even though she said she wouldn't be, but we couldn't find her. We left at about 1am even though I'd said we'd go back and meet Emma so we could dance because she was all "we should dance together, you have to dance with me". Mark said he wasn't feeling too good and he was pretty tired. I danced a little with him, so I was happy.
Sometimes I get really engaged in watching other people at the pub and I forget that I'm there to have fun. Last night there was this super cute emo-ish couple that were dancing and kissing a whole lot. Andie made the comment that they looked like they were ten, but that's just because we're getting older. I seen so many young kids out last night; girls in my sister's year at school, girls I used to dance with. Anyway this couple was super cute and I watched them alot. I like seeing other people dance and look totally in love with each other. And the girl was cute, and the boy had an awesome emo side fringe. Somehow watching people sets the tone for my night. On Melbourne Cup day last year I watched two girls make out and then got upset because I had no one to make out with. Also last night there was this couple that grossed me out a little bit. I've seen the girl out quite a few times before, and she just does nothing for me. She was wearing a dress that didn't look good on her. She was trying to be all seductive with sexy eyes that just didn't suit her and the guy she was dancing with honestly looked more interested in trying to drink his rum than dance with her! I thought that was a bit funny, I'd never dance with anyone who wasn't interested in dancing with me.
We caught a taxi home, even though it's a ten minute walk over the bridge. It was a bit cold, and I'd prefer not to walk in the dark, even though Mark says he's done it a few times. We didn't have to wait long for a taxi anyway. I got Mark to message Emma to tell him where we'd disappeared to because the last time I saw her I'd said I'd meet her back there in five minutes. Mark was pretty drunk so we made sure he had some water, and then we went to bed. Mark rang Emma because she hadn't texted back, and then they somehow organised for something to happen in the early hours. I told Mark he better put his phone on loud so that even if he didn't hear it I would and wake him. Then we went to sleep. I didn't hear Mark's phone ring, but I did wake to him talking on it and walking out the bedroom door. That was probably around 2am. We woke again at about 5am because I was hot and he rolls around and goes "I fucked Emma". I was like "ok tell me about it in the morning" and we went back to sleep.
I woke at around 9am, and we talked about Mark going to Emma's. He said she rang him and was all like "do you wanna have sex" all drunken like, and he didnt' decline. He said she was a starfish again, but he was horny and in hopes of a blow job, because apparently she's good at those and I don't like to give them. He complained about her yappy little dog that wouldn't stop hanging around, and he swears that the dog licked his ass at one point. He said he only lasted about five minutes anyway because he was so tired and drunk! Apparently she's going to lunch today with some guy she met, so Mark said she was probably just horny from him. They kind of have the agreement now that she knows that Mark can do this, and he wants her to give him blow jobs, and I think she might like him a little bit because she's tried to get him a few times. Now she can have him.
I got up and had a shower, and let Mark sleep in because he didn't get as much sleep as I did and he likes his sleep. Mum rang me earlier and told me a story about John (Bub and Jayden's father). John is in hospital with a broken collar bone because he got the shit beat out of him on Friday night. Mum said that story that he's telling is that him and his mates where walking down the main street minding their own business, and some people starting laying into them for no reason, and all his mates ran off and left him and he woke up unconscious in the gutter, and went to where Sam was staying and Sam took him to the hospital. I'm thinking, and Mum thinks also, that the story translates more like this: John was stumbling down the main street alone, yelling profanities out to everything that moves, and someone probably looked at him the wrong way and he started on them, or he said something to offend someone, and someone bashed the crap out of him and left him there. He's not a very nice drunk, and lately he's been trying to act all young and cool like Sam, and obviously Sam has had enough of that. John is on the closer side to 50, and he's just not young anymore no matter how much of an idiot he acts like. Mum said it serves him right, because finally someone has "taught him a lesson" although he's bragging about it now so he'll probably go out and do it again. He'll never say what really happened, and there's no "other guy lying in the gutter" so in reality he just looks like an idiot for getting beat up.
Mark and I had sex when I woke him at 11am. He was telling me that he was chatting up a few hot girls and talking about Emma and talking about how he had a good night checking out all the hot girls. What can I say, I think the idea of him hooking up with someone else turns me on. I like to watch, but I also like to be watched. I want Mark to film him and Emma cause I know that it would turn me on. It's why I like threesomes because I like to watch, and I like to be the centre of attention (which I was with Mark and Melissa). So now we've had sex like twice in a week, which really is some kind of record at the moment. I'm happy about it, and so is he. I bet he feels pretty lucky to have two girls in one night!
Now it's an hour until I go to work, and Mark is playing poker this afternoon. It's a paid game, and the winner gets four tickets to the NRL grand final. I dont' think he'll win, but I said he better take me if he does, even though I hate football!
