Last weekend, we went to see the caterpillar lab at Arnold Arboretum on Saturday. That was pretty cool, more interesting than I expected. The most interesting sight was watching a hickory horned devil caterpillar pupate into a regal moth pupa live under magnification. Work is still extremely busy. Annual performance review season has rolled around. As per my usual I put much more effort into that than necessary. Google's summer event was this past week, this time an outing to Canobie Lake Park. It's not too far from Boston, but I'd never been before. It was the first visit to an amusement park for Eris, and she had a grand time riding the kids' rides and the junior roller coaster (which spins you around pretty well for a kids' ride).
