I quit my job in disgust at the end of June and have been enjoying time off. I've got another job lined up but there are some clearances to sort out first so I'm still having a lovely break. 1. Apple Crumble. The first attempt at apple crumble tasted nice but it was too filling and the recipe was far too sweet. So this time, I divided it into 6 ramekins and reduced the sugar by quite a bit. ( Read more... )

1. The trailer for Letters to Juliet has some gorgeous scenery but, as the Canadian points outs, proceeds to give away the entire storyline. What would be the point in watching the film now?
