It's amazing to me how old-fashioned, antiquated, and downright anachronistic I tend to be. Education is becoming increasingly electronic, which, naturally, has its advantages and disadvantages. Tomorrow is Bastille Day, which, for those not in the know, is considered one of the opening salvos of the French Revolution. I always found it to be a rather important day. My fourth of July festivities --whatever they may eventually entail --have not begun yet. As far as I know, all that is happening is dinner (soon, I hope) and, maybe, a glimpse of some local fireworks.
