Meds
Saw the meds doc yesterday & we made some minor meds changes to deal with recent mood instability, basically just moving some dosages back to prior states, at least temporarily. As of 1/15/15:

• Lamictal back up to 200 mg/day
• Xanax back up to .5 mg 3x/day (with optional additional .5 mg as needed)
• everything else holding stable

Still feeling very down, as I have been for several days now. Just withdrawn, not wanting to interact with anyone (including poor Shannon, who is mostly being ignored), not interested in doing anything. I saw my doctor today, and she wants me to stay off my feet as much as possible until the pain in my left heel has gone away, and then only increase my activity on my feet slowly, given how bad the pain had gotten. In the meantime, she's got me doing a number of things ( Read more... )

I'm melting! I'm melting! It's about 200 degrees today, and it sucks. Or, rather, lack of air conditioning sucks. On the other hand, since I don't generally wear shorts that show off my unshaven legs, today I had the opportunity to wear one of my long sundresses, which is a pleasant perk ( Read more... )
