EC continues apace. We pee and poo A several times a day, though it's exciting when we actually save a diaper (meaning we take a diaper off clean and put the same one back on clean after he's done his business). shopping therapy!
N and I went shopping today and I had SUCH a good time! Mostly because I was able to buy things. I love buying things when I need them. And I needed this stuff. Mostly.

So... an update.
I have learned that I am not yet eligible for OHIP. I need a letter stating my 'approval in principle', not just those words on my work permit. I also need verification in writing that I have passed my medical requirements. Not just that they have been received, but that the requirements have been satisfied. This weekend was good. Really good.
My hair is now Punky Colours Mandarin, courtesy of tormenta who passed the dye on to me and optimystik who helped me bleach my roots and dye my hair in the wee hours of Saturday morning. I am very in love with the colour. It's much more red than I remembered/imagined, but it works! I hope to get a pic or two before it starts to fade. Otherwise, I'll have to try ( Read more... ) -

Today:- donated bagged clothing to Goodwill (came home and discovered I forgot a shirt. oops!)
- deposited small bit of cash into chequing account
- did one load of dishes chez N
- brought the rest of the dried laundry back home from N's
- researched the effects of MSG on rodents and how it's related to obesity and diabetes (see Read more... )

Things done
for the move (yesterday and today):- went through all clothing in dresser and weeded out everything that I no longer wear; put it all in bags to be donated to Goodwill.
- sorted through backlog of all bills and bank statements, attacked them all with stapler and 3-hole punch, and put them in appropriate binders.
