Yesterday we visited Warner Brothers: The Making of Harry Potter tour which is based in NW London. We'd opted to go by coach which we caught from London Victoria, so we caught the train there first at 9 am and we were at the tour just after 11 am which was about the same as if we'd driven there, but a lot less stressful (we hate the manic drivers ( Read more... )

It's been lovely weather so lots and lots of people have been flooding to the sandy beaches (and the not so sandy beaches) on the South coast of England and of course there have been covidiots everywhere.... Lots of antisocial behaviour, lots of a rubbish left on the beaches, lots of pleas from the local councils for everyone to stop coming down ( Read more... )

We have settled back into the usual routine. We spent Sunday doing laundry, but we had lunch out with Youngest Cee and GF (P) and they came back for a while to chat and catch up. It's been quite a sociable couple of days. Yesterday we did some gardening in the morning and Mr Cee finally got my outside tap connected up which was great as it was getting tedious using watering cans to water the garden after a dry spell. I am getting very confused about what day it is as we've had the Bank Holiday on Monday and today Mr Cee took the day off as he had one day left from last year's leave to use up.
