My house is now encased in scaffolding as we're having our roof done. It's not blocking the light as much as I thought it would as it's such a grey day there's no light anyway but, unfortunately, what it is doing is blocking our next-door-neighbour's TV satellite signal. We're back from sunny, windy and chilly Lincolnshire but I may not be around too much for the next few days as J is using up what remains of his leave. They changed his leave year last year from the nice and easy to deal with January to December to the not so easy to work out April to March. I keep thinking I ought to try and write something sensible, but to be honest I'm too hot.
