I'd thought I'd work at the office Monday/Tuesday with the concert and condo in between, but I'm thinking that packing for all of this is too much for a Monday morning. Last night I set strict limits for myself on when I'd stop drinking (9pm) and when I'd go to bed (10pm), and I stuck to these limits (out of fear for this morning LOL), and had no problem falling asleep and sleeping through the night, even though I'm heading back to the office today. My back/butt feel so much better after some lunchtime yoga! Why have I been neglecting my yoga?! I stretched this morning when I got up, went on a short walk after breakfast, and then yoga before lunch -- I feel almost all better!

Also, my work stress level is falling, although I still have these three big deadlines ahead of me.

I slept a normal six hours!!! After the previous few nights of barely sleeping, wow, I guess my stress level is finally back down within the normal range. I had loneliness stress and work stress, the combo were not fun ( Read more... )
