My back/butt feel so much better after some lunchtime yoga! Why have I been neglecting my yoga?! I stretched this morning when I got up, went on a short walk after breakfast, and then yoga before lunch -- I feel almost all better!

Also, my work stress level is falling, although I still have these three big deadlines ahead of me.
