I just took Scruffy and Angel for a walk, and I was walking as usual, Scruffy on one side, Angel on the other, and out of nowhere comes this flash of a yellow lab just charging for us. It is ROASTING outside, and I know if I had a South or East or Southeast exposure to my patio, I would get an awesome tan. However, since I have a North-facing patio, I get a one-foot-wide strip of sunlight, in which I cram part of my lawnchair in so I can at least feel the sun on my face. I just bathed Angel, bleach-vinegar-and-water cleaned my bath/shower, and even showered myself! Now the entire apartment smells clean like the showers at a public pool, all disinfected and bleachy. It almost makes me want to go for a swim! Unfortunately, I don't tend to swim in public pools, opting for the lake instead... and it's far too cold ( Read more... )
