For five hours last night, I went to the Renaissance Faire.  I started off with Jesse and watched him ride a camel.  We saw a magician which was good but not great.  He had to leave so I wandered around by myself for a time.  I bought two bookmarks and a fan for my wall.  The jousting then began and it was awesome.  My favorite part of the whole ( Read more... )

So after much back and forth debating I decided to go to the Renaissance Faire last night.  I didn't dress up or anything and arrived around 5:30 and stayed until the end.  The best part is of course the jousting.  At one point the lights on the poles were disturbing the horses so much that one of the knights had to switch out and get another horse ( Read more... )

I went to the Age of Chivalry Renaissance Festival last night.  It was a blast. There was music and food and costumes and tents. I ate next to the stage and heard the band Swagger sing an Irish drinking song.
