We started moving into the new place, slowly however. We got the keys on 10/1, but they were still doing the renovations, so we agreed to give them through the week to finish up. We weren't going to have time to move anything until the weekend anyway. But they ended up needing Saturday too, so we could finally go and look at it on Sunday. Nicely ( Read more... )

Got through Black Friday at B&N. Not bad. I was at the Nook desk all, day, but only had an 8 hour shift, which was nice. The initial rush at 5am (which I was there for) was pretty anti-climatic. The shopping cart / fulfillment system that has been my life for 1.5 months had it's soft launch on Wednesday. Which means it is set up and a select group is testing it.
