Now, like I've said, not all people who call tech support are idiots, but when the person is getting their vocabulary mixed up, they're beyond help sometimes. so now I'm home... I had to stay later at work (12:15am as opposed to 11:30PM) and I'm SO drained!
We had 33 people in the queqe when I left!! Ususally, we only have about one or two by this time.
