Party and Work
Well, it seems that the thing that's wrong with my car is that either the battery or the alternator are dead. I haven't been able to check because I haven't been able to get another car close enough to jump start it... More on that as it develops.
I am also disappointed because I *ALMOST* got a promotion at work, from trainee to Level 1 Tech. It's a dollar pay raise and I REALLY want to get out of "Trainee" status. I was like two minutes from my target call time though I did have the number of calls required to make L1. *sigh* maybe next time.
And on a final note, two of my roomies are having a party. They are being loud and drunk and though I'm old enough to drink (I'm 22, for all you who don't know), I don't. I don't do loud noises and they're being REALLY loud. Good think that I don't go to work tomorrow until 5:30 PM... I can afford to sleep in. I might just go out there to get them to shut up in two hours if they're still at it. I hate it when they have parties like this... well not hate, exactly... It's just too loud. But that said, I really don't mind hanging out when the party is winding down. I actually enjoy myself when it's winding down because I can actually *HEAR* the person I'm conversing with because by this time, the people who were being loud usually pass out. I have a theory that it's because of all that energy they expounded while being drunk.
So for the time being, I'm going to read some fanfiction, I see that snowdragonct has updated Boot Camp on FFN and so I shall read...
