For some reason I couldn't sleep last night. I think it had to do with the fact that I didn't eat lunch until 4pm and collectively forgot to eat dinner. I was very hungry by 2am and it was keeping me awake. So I got a bowl of cereal and went down stairs to watch some TV. I eventually fell asleep with the kitty brigade.

I can't seem to calculate the proper time to take melatonin at night. Last night I took it to early or maybe just the right time. Who knows? All I know is that it works and I am sleeping better than I have in ages. One thing I like about it is that I feel naturally tired and not sleeping pill drug induced tired.

I started taking melatonin last night to help me sleep, which is did quite nicely. Tim remarked that I was out cold meaning I wasn't thrashing around all night in my usual rotisserie style sleeping positions ( Read more... )

I cant seem to get on a normal sleeping schedule. I keep waking around 10am. This will not do. My sleeping pattern is impossible to shift earlier. later yes. I just want to be up and relatively functioning in the 9am arena. So once I am working again I wont have to shift my sleeping schedule dramatically.
