I cant seem to get on a normal sleeping schedule. I keep waking around 10am. This will not do. My sleeping pattern is impossible to shift earlier. later yes. I just want to be up and relatively functioning in the 9am arena. So once I am working again I wont have to shift my sleeping schedule dramatically. I seem to be programmed for sleep between the hours of 3am and 10am. Any advice?
