Passions Canceled!
Variety.com has confirmed that NBC is canceling Passions. As reports broke on the internet yesterday, the soap is expected to run through August of 2007. The article on Variety gives some hope that the show could be continued on other networks.

Another Interview
Tim just sent me a message that WFMZ (Channel 69) (and NO its not a pr0n channel get yer dirty minds out of the gutter) wants to interview us for a news program sometime next week. I don't know if we get channel 69 down here. I always thought of it as the local news where my parents live. -

Update on Public Broadcasting Budget Cuts
At yesterday’s meeting of the full House Appropriations Committee, public broadcasting scored a victory with the passage by voice vote of an amendment put forward by Ranking Member David Obey. Just a quick heads up in the process. Tomorrow the House will vote on whether or not they will pass the federal budget cuts to public broadcasting. Next week it goes to the House floor for approval and whatever else they do. I am not as well versed in political procedures as I once was ( Read more... ) -
