mix the dip sauce well, and let it sit for 15 mins, while you make the rest:
1 tub philadelphia cream cheese
2 packets leek soup mix 
2 cups milk (can add more-- ya want it all very wet)

2 filets pangaius, sauteed in a bit of oil til flaky

Thanks to Cook, Eat, FRET I found a great way to serve salmon steaks. Funny Nashville lady's is for tuna so substituted dill for marjoram and orange zest for lemon. I served it with ricotta and spinach ravioli, where the salsa worked equally well.

I discovered a new raft of cooking blogs. There's one woman who is trying to do at home what the best restaurants in the world manage with a giant staff and state of the art equipment.
