Creamy Leek and Pangaius Gratin

As requested, here's one for the spreadsheet. :)

mix the dip sauce well, and let it sit for 15 mins, while you make the rest:
1 tub philadelphia cream cheese
2 packets leek soup mix 
2 cups milk (can add more-- ya want it all very wet)

2 filets pangaius, sauteed in a bit of oil til flaky
12 potatoes, peeled, sliced thin and boiled til tender
  1 onion, diced and sauteed

Then just mix it all up, top with a sprinkling of
1/3 c grated parmesan

and bake at 170° for 25 minutes. Serve with freshly ground black pepper.
