Another fable, one I need to remind myself about now and again:C didn't get his driver's license until his mid-twenties. This became a point of contention with X, who before would get annoyed at having to pick up C instead of C just driving himself over. Today was our company's [finance dept.'s] Christmas HolidayLUNCHTIME luncheon, and since no one else could decide where to go, Mrs. Fris had suggested we eat at this place Rockafellas--after some travel drama [sadly, while Mickey was no Drama Llama compared to PHB, she's still a bit of a drama magnet].

I am amazed by the number of problems people have simply in not being able to say "no" or "you're full of it." [I have this problem, too, note.] For instance, today's Ask Amy: ( Wherein a husband cannot say no to petsitting a problem dog and wife cannot say why do I have to do all the work. )
