Yesterday, Walker and I went to Como Conservatory and Zoo to see the corpse flower. It was already closing, but it was still really neat and still kinda smelled.
I have a couple weeks of classes left and lots of things to do.

I went to Matt's last night and we watched the game. It was awesome to be able to watch it!

This weekend was a lot of fun. Well, I mostly just relaxed Friday, but Saturday I went to the Twins game with Matt. It was a lot of fun! We were standing in line to get tickets and a man came up to us. He asked, "Are you guys going to buy tickets? Because, I've got two extra, and you can have them. They were free." We thanked him. Things are going pretty well lately.
A few days ago I made 7 luminaries for the Relay for Life tonight. One of them was for Cathy. A couple of them were bought by people (through my mom) but they had her make them. => equals I made them.
They are simple, but I did put thought into them. 
Cancer sucks.

The AIFS kids went to greyhound races on Monday night, and in about the third heat (after I had chugged my Guinness and most of Allison's Heineken {she no longer wanted it}), one of the dogs broke its leg!! It was horrible. It tried running in a straight line at the bunny thing, and it tripped and broke its leg. I could see its pain ( Read more... )

The beer here is so fucking good.
I love it.
Way too much.

I've made a few friends.
Some of the kids here are pretty irritating. 
They're the annoying, young alcoholics who act like they are still in high school.
It's almost embarassing.

Class starts in ten minutes.
