I think I'm over Chick-Fil-A not calling me back; one night I cuddled with my dragon plushie and watched "The Princess Bride" while drinking Scotch and eating popcorn. Good times. I worked tech for 3 improv shows this past weekend plus street team for CDOT. There was this one restaurant in Cherry Creek called Milwaukee Street Tavern that had a little 2-lane bowling alley in it! sibertyger, weren't we going to get nom-nom somewhere in that area?

I had Sunday-Tuesday nights off from "Strangers" this week. On Tuesday, Mom took Pat & me out for Chinese. I'd love to get a bunch of furries together sometime and actually do something for the good of the community. Not that charity auctions at conventions aren't bad, but there's a lot more we could do. For example, there are thousands of homeless people out there who need food and shelter...maybe we  could spend a day serving food at the Denver Rescue ( Read more... )

This has been a GREAT weekend in San Diego! The commissioning ceremony yesterday went very well, except for a generator going out and the PA was silent for a while. But we still got to tour the ship, which was pretty cool. Pat took us up on his "office", aka the flight deck. When the ship's in port he has a panoramic view of San Diego Bay. :D ( Read more... )

Nuggets-Lakers series is tied 1-1, with Game 3 tonight and Game 4 on Monday. Ironically, because of Game 4, a WWE event has been moved to Los Angeles. XD

-Went to my first furmeet. It was at the Foxes' Den, and Ithiaca & Connor were having auditions for their Internet radio play, Circe.
-First college show working tech. " Comedy of Errors".
--First time staying on campus overnight. Connor & Eros's dorm at Campus Village.

Sunday:
I saw "Bolt" in 3-D. 'Twas awesome. But one thing that stuck out to me the most was the faith that Bolt had for his "person", Penny. No matter what was real or fake to him, he was still loyal to her.
I wish my faith in YHWH were like that of a ddog. I want to be ever loyal, ever faithful to Him. To come when He calls me.
