Had terrible anxiety attack yesterday for over twelve hours, probably linked to stress about our malfunctioning car, poor sleep and nightmares I couldn't remember. Haven't had one that bad in ages. Yesterday, Emma and I went and got "tinted", the term for assessing by an Irlen specialist to discover the colour lenses that will work for the individual. We'd both had an initial assessment, years ago, in the Hunter Valley, but then we moved to Hill End, and we'd never had the money.
