I took another walk around the band neighborhood on Monday. I think I've finally started to calm down a bit. It's been a while since I've had a panic attack that lasted this long. I think back to college when I was so tense, it hurt to move my arms. Once again, I walked around the neighborhood near band, decided to go as far east as I could manage since I know eventually it dead-ends, and enjoyed looking at the various houses. Last night while returning home from my walk, I heard a strange noise coming from the vicinity of a car parked on a driveway. What, is there a dog inside? It was this odd sort of barking sound, but a peek in the car did not produce sight of a dog. That's weird. The sound continued, so I looked underneath.
