Band ended up getting canceled, which was fine and understandable. Nobody wants to be responsible for 15 broken hips when we all went back to our cars. The cycle 3 recording session does not have a good track record. We'd had to cancel last year's due to snowy weather; this year wasn't looking much better. We had ice come down on Saturday. It wasn't an ice storm, and was quiet when it fell, but Sunday morning it was clear--pun not intended, heh--that the world was an ice rink. After this weekend's snow, it seemed like the weather would be relatively decent the rest of the week. However, with above-freezing temperatures, that meant the snow would start melting and evaporating--meaning fog.
