We have a bakesale this weekend at church, and I've been baking up a storm.  One NY, Grasshopper & Carmel Apple cheesecake, and two apple cakes - all from scratch.  I hope we raise lots of money for the local school.  Actually the proceeds will be used to buy upkeep supplies like new erasers, chalk, paper, and stuff, and to paint the gym and fix ( Read more... )
