OOC: Timeline
DAY 29
4th Shift (visitors/free choice): Peter wakes up and then goes to the courtyard and meets Eddie Brock.
5th Shift (dinner): Peter goes back to his room and searches it more carefully.
NIGHT 29
- Peter heads out of his room and meets Brooklyn.
- They move.
- And decide on a place to go.
- And almost get heroic, but then just keep moving.
- And Peter asks questions, which Brooklyn evades.
- And Peter finds out that his powers aren't working, tells Brooklyn a little about them, they confuse each other, hear a radio broadcast, and then keep going.
- And get spooked by Tyrant in the Sun Room, and quickly gtfo of there.
- And kick a door down together in the cafeteria.
- And wander around the courtyard, get freaked out when they see bats, and break into the gardener's shed to hide.
- And find some shovels.
- And return to the courtyard to try to save the people getting attacked by the bats.
DAY 30
1st Shift (breakfast): Peter talks to Eddie, and reacts to the riot breaking out.
2nd Shift (lockdown/patient rooms): Peter is taken back to his room after the riot, where he mulls things over.
3rd Shift (showers): Peter meets and talks to Okita [Soujirou], who teases him and breaks his brain a little.
4th Shift (sun room): Peter meets Max, gets some more questions answered, and learns about the bulletin board.
5th shift (dinner): Peter chats with Brooklyn and finds out what he really is.
NIGHT 30
- Peter reunites with Nathan. ♥ A cat attacks, Peter gets wounded and Nathan gets knocked out. Peter drags Nathan into the next hall.
- And collapses - Max and Skuld come to the rescue!
- And they move to a room for safety.
DAY 31
1st Shift (breakfast): Peter meets Rukia, and is then joined by Jack Skellington (first meeting) and Nathan.
2nd Shift (sun room): hiatus; napped in Sun Room.
3rd Shift (lunch): Peter checks on and chats with Brooklyn and Skuld.
4th Shift (game room): Peter meets up with Nathan and has his brother and Max officially meet.
NIGHT 31
- Peter goes to meet Nathan and runs into his roommate, Cid, instead.
DAY 32
1st shift (breakfast): Peter and Nathan have a serious talk.
2nd shift (sun room): Peter briefly meets River, who freaks him out a little.
3rd shift (lunch): Peter catches up with Brooklyn.
4th shift (music room): Peter gets ambushed (and is very confused by) Elle.
5th shift (dinner): Peter meets his new roommate, Shawn.
NIGHT 32
- Peter and Nathan meet up at the start of night.
- They move through the halls to go meet Brooklyn.
- And keep moving!
- And they find Brooklyn, who is with an injured Heat (first encounter). Peter finds out that Heat tried to take a bite out of a female patient.
DAY 33
1st shift (breakfast): Peter meets Demyx and answers some questions for him.
2nd shift (recreational field): Peter runs into Bennet and they have a short conversation.
3rd shift (lunch): Peter finally meets Claire. They clear up their timelines with each other and then talk about powers.
4th shift (greenhouse): Peter meets Xelloss. They talk about powers and priests and decide to meet that night to see if Peter can absorb any of Xelloss' abilities.
5th shift (dinner): Peter and Shawn have a short dinner before nightshift starts.
NIGHT 33
- Peter tries to help Shawn, finds out that Nathan isn't in his room, and then heads toward the woman's bathrooms to meet Xelloss.
- Through hallway.
- After hallway.
- After hallway.
- ... After hallway.
- Until finally reaching the bathroom. He and Xelloss' experiment fails, and Peter decides to go help Xelloss find a weapon.
- So they move.
- Through more hallways.
- Toward the Recreational Field.
- They cut across it and climb the wall...
- Into the courtyard! And then...
- Into the gardener's shed. Xelloss grabs two shovels and Peter grabs another for good measure, then they chat (and Peter learns about Doyleton) until night ends.
DAY 34
1st shift (breakfast): Before breakfast, Peter is told that Nathan has been discharged. Brooklyn manages to cheer him up a little.
2nd shift (sun room): Peter meets Subzero and they talk about powers and brothers.
3rd shift (lunch): Peter meets Wolfram and they talk about the monsters they've come across.
4th shift (showers): Peter meets Tyki.
5th shift (dinner): Peter has his dinner and reflects on the day and the people he's met.
NIGHT 34
- On Special Counseling, Peter starts out in the recreational field. First he tries to force Rose back inside, until The Doctor comes to get her. And so...
- He goes after Yuffie, Cloud, Sanosuke, and Kenshin, until he's distracted by Sylar, who's also on SC.
- Peter fights with Sylar and saves the patients the man was terrorizing. Claire shows up and is killed by Sylar, but Peter forces Sylar to tell him how to save her, and then uses his blood to cure her.
DAY 35
- On the bus ride into Doyleton, Peter sits with Roland, who he had seen while brainwashed the night before. They discuss what happened.
- After getting off the bus at Magus Park, Peter meets up with Brooklyn and they decide to explore Doyleton together.
- They move over to Germaine Street, and then decide to take the less-traveled path, leading them to...
- South Street. Peter tells Brooklyn about how he got brainwashed and warns him about Sylar, and then they check out an abandoned building.
- On the bus ride back, Peter meets up with Claire. They discuss the previous night and make plans to meet during the upcoming nightshift.
NIGHT 35
- Peter runs into Sylar in his room's hallway and they have a scuffle (which is pretty pathetic compared to their fight the night before).
DAY 36
1st shift (chapel/sun room): missed; slept in
2nd shift (brunch): Peter chats with Eddie and warns him about Sylar.
3rd shift (library): Peter meets up with Roland and tells him a little more about his relationship to Sylar, along with what Sylar's after and what he does.
4th shift (waiting room/lobby 2): Peter is visited by Nathan, who now thinks he's Harrison Campbell. Peter tries to get some information out of him and Nathan tries to "get through" to Peter.
NIGHT 36
- Peter thinks over the visit and then heads out to find Claire.
- Heading through hallways.
- He runs into Tyki (who looks different at night, but who Peter recognizes from his SC night). Tyki ends up accompanying Peter.
- They talk about Sylar and powers as they go.
- And keep talking and moving.
- They get to the female block, and Peter figures out where Claire's room is.
- They arrive, and when Tyki reveals his name, Peter recognizes him as the man he saw in the showers before. When he realizes Claire isn't in her room, he explains some more things about Sylar to Tyki before night ends.
DAY 37
1st shift (breakfast): Peter runs into Elle again and tries to convince her that her father (who visited her) had been brainwashed and that they need to work together to save him and Nathan.
2nd shift (showers/sun room): Peter showers and then goes to the Sun Room, where he meets Dean [Brian Johnson] and they talk about Special Counseling.
3rd shift (lunch): missed; ate lunch
4th shift (arts and crafts): Peter meets Wally and they talk about Wally's injury, powers, timeline discrepancies, and Claire.
NIGHT 37
- Peter leaves his room and goes to meet Elle, as they made plans to go looking for Nathan and Bob's files together. (Little does he know Sylar is following him.)
- Through hallways. (Still being followed.)
- And more hallways. (The stalking continues.)
- Until he meets up with Elle. He (painfully) finds out that she has a power, but before they can get moving Sylar attacks. Peter uses absorbed electricity to deter Sylar and then drags an injured Elle up onto the stairwell with him, hoping to escape.
- Even though Peter wants to run away, Elle insists on fighting Sylar - she gets a few hits on him, but Sylar ends up stabbing her in the neck with a pen. Peter then tackles Sylar and they get into a scuffle until Sylar manages to get the upper hand. He cracks open Elle's head and gets a look at her brain...
DAY 38
1st shift (breakfast): missed; slept in
2nd shift (library): Peter meets up with Roland and tells him what happened the night before - then they discuss what's in the area surrounding the institute, and then move on to talk about their visitors.
3rd shift (lunch): Peter has an appointment with Renamon and answers her questions regarding Nathan and his disappearance.
4th shift (game room): Peter joins Tyki for a game of poker.
5th shift (dinner): Peter spends dinner with a brand new roommate, Sam, and spends most of the time answering his questions.
NIGHT 38
- Peter heads out for Mello's room to pick up Nathan's file since Mello had grabbed it for him, and Sam tags along.
- Through one hallway.
- They arrive at a crowded room (Asch, Teisel, and ZEX are also there), but Peter quickly gets the file and then they're on their way.
- Peter gives Nathan's file a quick look, and also explains about Nathan to Sam. They decide to go get Sam a weapon from the courtyard shed.
- They walk and talk.
- Peter sees Roland with Heat of all people; wary, he tries to avoid them. Sam asks some more questions about visitors, and then when they see that the rec field is covered in fog, Sam requests that he be taken to the dining hall instead.
- So they go back.
- They're baffled by a trail of blood and the door to the Sun Room being boarded off (with a forced opening). Peter finds a stray necklace which Sam takes immediate interest in. Sam admits it belonged to his brother, and says he needs to check things out. Peter insists on going with him.
- After some badgering, Peter finds out that Sam's brother is dead. They follow the trail of blood to the stairwell.
- Peter tells Sam about how people can be brought back from the dead here, and also explains the timeline discrepancies.
- And continues to explain as they search the second floor.
- Before they can get much farther, night ends.
DAY 39
1st shift (breakfast): Peter and Mori meet, and then Peter tells Mori about Claire so that he can help with keeping an eye out for her.
2nd shift (therapy): Peter goes to therapy, only to meet Dr. Mohinder Suresh, who doesn't recognize him and insists that he isn't Peter. As Peter tries to figure out what's going on, Mohinder asks him some questions. Peter tries to convince Mohinder that he really is Peter, but to no avail.
3rd shift (lunch): missed; ate lunch
4th shift (sun room): Peter confronts Roland about Heat and learns a little more about the man and his friend in the process.
5th shift (dinner): Peter and Sam have their dinner chat, and Peter looks through Nathan's file, though it doesn't have much useful information.
NIGHT 39
- Peter leaves his room and goes to meet Brooklyn.
- Through his patient block.
- And more hallways.
- He catches up with Brooklyn. They chat for a bit and are then joined by Near (Nate), who comes off as weird right from the start.
- They head toward Mohinder's office.
- Near debates about the purpose of the doctors with Peter while Brooklyn breaks the lock leading into the office.
- Once inside, Peter is distracted by the office having Chandra's book in it. They don't get to search much before night ends.
DAY 40
1st shift (breakfast): Peter has a brief talk with Zelnick.
2nd shift (rec field): Peter meets Kira, who is suffering the after-effects of getting attacked by The Grudge ghost. He finds her hair in his hair and ends up coughing up some of the hair, as well. Peter tries to help him and asks him some questions about the ghost.
3rd shift (lunch): After speaking with Homura over the bulletin, Peter finds him and Okita [Soujirou] at lunch. He tells them about Sylar and they attempt to recruit him into the History Club.
4th shift (sun room): Daphne approaches Peter, and they confuse each other for a while before realizing that they're from different times. Peter learns a bit about the future, such as the fact that he loses his ability and that there is a dangerous company called Pinehearst.
5th shift (dinner): Peter and Sam talk about the problems caused by people being from different time periods, and Peter finds out that Sam is from Dean's future and hasn't yet told Dean about this.
NIGHT 40
- Peter leaves his room, intending to go to Mohinder's office again.
- And thinks to himself as he goes through the hallways.
- Still going...
- He meets Brooklyn. Once they decide that 'Nate' isn't showing, they move on.
- As they move on, Peter asks Brooklyn about how he and 'Nate' met.
- Brooklyn explains about the protective nature of gargoyles as Peter breaks down the door into Mohinder's office.
- Once inside, Peter collects Chandra's book and then the two of them discover a safe, which they decide they need the help of a thief to open. Peter also notices a map, though it's unmarked. They debate for a while about what to do next before heading out.
- They decide to head upstairs.
- They head for the stairs..
- And go up...
- And don't get any further before night ends.
DAY 41
1st shift (breakfast): Peter meets up with Tyki and tells him about what he did the night before. They also talk about their worlds and realize that they're both from Earth.
2nd shift (courtyard): Peter decides to speak with Depth Charge when he sees that the man looks like he's been through hell. They bond over the fact that they both watched people get killed while in the institute, and Depth Charge tells Peter that he should definitely kill the one responsible (Sylar).
3rd shift (lunch): Daphne finds Peter again. Peter tells her about Mohinder, but she expresses a lack of faith in Mohinder's ethics which throws Peter for a loop. Peter finds out what Daphne's power is.
4th shift (showers): skipped; showered.
5th shift (dinner): Peter talks to an injured Sam who lies and tells Peter that a ghost was the cause. Peter also confirms that the 'Brian Johnson' he spoke with before is Sam's brother.
NIGHT 41
- Not quite knowing what he's going to do with his night, Peter heads out on his own.
- After deciding to head upstairs, Peter gets intercepted by Sylar, which leaves him with more conflicting thoughts about what to do about the killer. Sylar threatens Peter's friends, which Peter tries to brush off as he urges that they keep moving.
- Peter realizes that he has to let Sylar come along with him since he can't let the man out of his sight knowing that he might go and attack an innocent.
- Peter tries to head up the stairs, but Sylar stops him, saying that he wants to check out Mohinder's office. Peter tells him that's a waste of time, having searched it already himself.
DAY 42
1st shift (bus ride): Peter has a very brief meeting with Javert on the way to Doyleton.
2nd shift (morning): Peter wanders down Main Street and is then suddenly discovered by Nathan. Peter's confused about this, seeing how he'd seen his brother as a visitor, and he quickly tries to figure out just how much Nathan remembers. When he realizes that his brother is brand new, he realizes he's got a lot to explain and they go in search of a place where they can talk.
3rd shift (noon): Sitting down at Twin Pines, Peter explains to Nathan that he was here once before and also came to see him as a brainwashed visitor, all of which Nathan finds hard to believe. They continue to talk...
4th shift (afternoon): skipped
5th shift (evening): skipped
NIGHT 42
- Peter thinks back on the things he told Nathan (retconning the skipped shifts) as they walk back toward the buses. Suddenly, zombies attack!! After panicking for a bit, Peter decides they should try to get back to the buses and the two push through zombie hoards to do so.
- As they get closer to the buses, Peter realizes that one of them is on fire, and spots two other patients running away from it - Sam and Dean (or Brian). He runs toward them to help.
- Peter attempts to hold off the zombies and nurses that are trying to chase after Sam and Dean and is somewhat successful before he loops around to help Sam carry Dean to safety.
- They get to the relative safety of the residential area, where Peter has it confirmed that 'Brian' was sedated. He decides to head back out to see if he can help more people, even with both Sam and Nathan trying to talk him out of it.
DAY 43
1st shift (chapel/sun room/cafeteria): skipped; slept in
2nd shift (cafeteria): Peter speaks with Daphne and they bond over the fact that they both witnessed someone die. He does his best to comfort her.
3rd shift (waiting room/lobby 1): Peter and Nathan are visited by their mother. While it's strange having to talk to her in this kind of context, Peter actually holds up pretty well. It only reminds him that he still has people to save.
4th shift (sun room): Peter comes across Roland, who is suffering from some sort of pain on a couch in the Sun Room. He explains it as getting bitten by a zombie the night before, which just worries Peter more. Roland doesn't understand why Peter is so concerned about him, but Peter keeps him company nonetheless. He also discovers that Roland died before arriving in Landel's and that Heat has disappeared from the institute.
5th shift (dinner): Peter deals with some guilt that Sam got injured after he left him the night before, but Sam assures him that it's no big deal. Peter explains about how Nathan came back and asks after Dean before nightshift comes.
NIGHT 43
- After hearing the strange announcement from I.R.I.S, Peter heads out to meet Nathan.
- And continues on.
- And keep going, complete with Sylar paranoia.
- Peter and Nathan meet up, they exchange room numbers, and Nathan informs Peter that Claire is back. The cheerleader herself shows up soon after, and while she's spooked when she thinks that she's seen something, they decide that they need to keep moving.
- On their way to find weapons, Peter suddenly sees a ghost of Simone, and after that both he and Claire are forced to take the wounds of people they've seen die. Nathan has to stand there helplessly while the two die on him.
DAY 44
1st shift (breakfast): And yet, Peter overcomes death once again! He's shaken up, but he heads to the cafeteria, where he meets Callisto, who drills him about the night before and makes him somewhat uncomfortable.
2nd shift (showers/sun room): Peter showers and then moves to the Sun Room, where he encounters a badly injured Sylar. They verbally joust and Peter comes to the decision that he thinks he could murder Sylar if the man ever put his friends/family in danger again.
3rd shift (lunch): Peter comes across Nathan and assures him that he's not actually dead.
4th shift (arts and crafts): After going a full week without seeing him, Peter catches up with Wally. They talk about what they've been doing and discuss timeline issues again. Peter comes very close to telling Wally about how he almost blew up New York, but can't get the words out in the end.
5th shift (dinner): Peter and Sam realize that both of them had to deal with the events of the previous night, and Peter goes on to explain that he's died twice before that as well.
NIGHT 44
- Peter heads out to go meet up with Nathan, as usual.
- And thinks about the Head Doctor's announcement...
- And worries about Claire...
- Until he meets Nathan!
- They head onto the Recreational Field and as they are trying to get over the wall, a Nightmare starts heading for them. Nathan manages to get over the wall and escape, but Peter has to deal with a vision of a destroyed city before the monster leaves him alone. After that, he's quick to follow his brother.
- Peter brushes off what happened to him and is quick to break open the door into the Gardener's Shed.
- The two pick up weapons for both Nathan and Claire before the night ends.
DAY 45
1st shift (breakfast): Peter ends up chatting with Depth Charge over breakfast, and it's only partway through the conversation that he realizes something's not right: Depth Charge has been brainwashed, just like the visitors.
2nd shift (library): Peter then has to deal with a brainwashed Nathan. Hardly able to believe that his brother has been put through this a second time, he fights to make Nathan see the holes in his way of thinking, but with little success.
3rd shift (lunch): Peter is relieved to see that Roland, at least, is still sane. They discuss why this is happening and how long it might last.
4th shift (game room): Peter is approached by a Sylar who is acting very strange. At first assuming that the man is just taking advantage of the situation and acting as if he's brainwashed like the others, Peter becomes less sure of that fact as the conversation progresses.
5th shift (dinner): Peter is dismayed to see what even his roommate is brainwashed. Sam (Matthew) mentions that he saw Nathan earlier, and he even ends up revealing to Peter that he has the powers to exorcise demons. They talk about the zombie attack and Dean, and then Peter lets Sam know that he doesn't think any different of Sam because of the powers he has.
NIGHT 45
- As Peter heads out for nightshift on his own, Sylar (Zach) smacks into him.
- They move... barely anywhere.

- Peter heads out of his room and meets Brooklyn.
- They move.
- And decide on a place to go.
- And almost get heroic, but then just keep moving.
- And Peter asks questions, which Brooklyn evades.
- And Peter finds out that his powers aren't working, tells Brooklyn a little about them, they confuse each other, hear a radio broadcast, and then keep going.
- And get spooked by Tyrant in the Sun Room, and quickly gtfo of there.
- And kick a door down together in the cafeteria.
- And wander around the courtyard, get freaked out when they see bats, and break into the gardener's shed to hide.
- And find some shovels.
- And return to the courtyard to try to save the people getting attacked by the bats.
DAY 30
1st Shift (breakfast): Peter talks to Eddie, and reacts to the riot breaking out.
2nd Shift (lockdown/patient rooms): Peter is taken back to his room after the riot, where he mulls things over.
3rd Shift (showers): Peter meets and talks to Okita [Soujirou], who teases him and breaks his brain a little.
4th Shift (sun room): Peter meets Max, gets some more questions answered, and learns about the bulletin board.
5th shift (dinner): Peter chats with Brooklyn and finds out what he really is.
NIGHT 30
- Peter reunites with Nathan. ♥ A cat attacks, Peter gets wounded and Nathan gets knocked out. Peter drags Nathan into the next hall.
- And collapses - Max and Skuld come to the rescue!
- And they move to a room for safety.
DAY 31
1st Shift (breakfast): Peter meets Rukia, and is then joined by Jack Skellington (first meeting) and Nathan.
2nd Shift (sun room): hiatus; napped in Sun Room.
3rd Shift (lunch): Peter checks on and chats with Brooklyn and Skuld.
4th Shift (game room): Peter meets up with Nathan and has his brother and Max officially meet.

- Peter goes to meet Nathan and runs into his roommate, Cid, instead.
DAY 32
1st shift (breakfast): Peter and Nathan have a serious talk.
2nd shift (sun room): Peter briefly meets River, who freaks him out a little.
3rd shift (lunch): Peter catches up with Brooklyn.
4th shift (music room): Peter gets ambushed (and is very confused by) Elle.
5th shift (dinner): Peter meets his new roommate, Shawn.
NIGHT 32
- Peter and Nathan meet up at the start of night.
- They move through the halls to go meet Brooklyn.
- And keep moving!
- And they find Brooklyn, who is with an injured Heat (first encounter). Peter finds out that Heat tried to take a bite out of a female patient.
DAY 33
1st shift (breakfast): Peter meets Demyx and answers some questions for him.
2nd shift (recreational field): Peter runs into Bennet and they have a short conversation.
3rd shift (lunch): Peter finally meets Claire. They clear up their timelines with each other and then talk about powers.
4th shift (greenhouse): Peter meets Xelloss. They talk about powers and priests and decide to meet that night to see if Peter can absorb any of Xelloss' abilities.
5th shift (dinner): Peter and Shawn have a short dinner before nightshift starts.
NIGHT 33
- Peter tries to help Shawn, finds out that Nathan isn't in his room, and then heads toward the woman's bathrooms to meet Xelloss.
- Through hallway.
- After hallway.
- After hallway.
- ... After hallway.
- Until finally reaching the bathroom. He and Xelloss' experiment fails, and Peter decides to go help Xelloss find a weapon.
- So they move.
- Through more hallways.
- Toward the Recreational Field.
- They cut across it and climb the wall...
- Into the courtyard! And then...
- Into the gardener's shed. Xelloss grabs two shovels and Peter grabs another for good measure, then they chat (and Peter learns about Doyleton) until night ends.
DAY 34
1st shift (breakfast): Before breakfast, Peter is told that Nathan has been discharged. Brooklyn manages to cheer him up a little.
2nd shift (sun room): Peter meets Subzero and they talk about powers and brothers.
3rd shift (lunch): Peter meets Wolfram and they talk about the monsters they've come across.
4th shift (showers): Peter meets Tyki.
5th shift (dinner): Peter has his dinner and reflects on the day and the people he's met.
NIGHT 34
- On Special Counseling, Peter starts out in the recreational field. First he tries to force Rose back inside, until The Doctor comes to get her. And so...
- He goes after Yuffie, Cloud, Sanosuke, and Kenshin, until he's distracted by Sylar, who's also on SC.
- Peter fights with Sylar and saves the patients the man was terrorizing. Claire shows up and is killed by Sylar, but Peter forces Sylar to tell him how to save her, and then uses his blood to cure her.
DAY 35
- On the bus ride into Doyleton, Peter sits with Roland, who he had seen while brainwashed the night before. They discuss what happened.
- After getting off the bus at Magus Park, Peter meets up with Brooklyn and they decide to explore Doyleton together.
- They move over to Germaine Street, and then decide to take the less-traveled path, leading them to...
- South Street. Peter tells Brooklyn about how he got brainwashed and warns him about Sylar, and then they check out an abandoned building.
- On the bus ride back, Peter meets up with Claire. They discuss the previous night and make plans to meet during the upcoming nightshift.
NIGHT 35
- Peter runs into Sylar in his room's hallway and they have a scuffle (which is pretty pathetic compared to their fight the night before).
DAY 36
1st shift (chapel/sun room): missed; slept in
2nd shift (brunch): Peter chats with Eddie and warns him about Sylar.
3rd shift (library): Peter meets up with Roland and tells him a little more about his relationship to Sylar, along with what Sylar's after and what he does.
4th shift (waiting room/lobby 2): Peter is visited by Nathan, who now thinks he's Harrison Campbell. Peter tries to get some information out of him and Nathan tries to "get through" to Peter.
NIGHT 36
- Peter thinks over the visit and then heads out to find Claire.
- Heading through hallways.
- He runs into Tyki (who looks different at night, but who Peter recognizes from his SC night). Tyki ends up accompanying Peter.
- They talk about Sylar and powers as they go.
- And keep talking and moving.
- They get to the female block, and Peter figures out where Claire's room is.
- They arrive, and when Tyki reveals his name, Peter recognizes him as the man he saw in the showers before. When he realizes Claire isn't in her room, he explains some more things about Sylar to Tyki before night ends.
DAY 37
1st shift (breakfast): Peter runs into Elle again and tries to convince her that her father (who visited her) had been brainwashed and that they need to work together to save him and Nathan.
2nd shift (showers/sun room): Peter showers and then goes to the Sun Room, where he meets Dean [Brian Johnson] and they talk about Special Counseling.
3rd shift (lunch): missed; ate lunch
4th shift (arts and crafts): Peter meets Wally and they talk about Wally's injury, powers, timeline discrepancies, and Claire.
NIGHT 37
- Peter leaves his room and goes to meet Elle, as they made plans to go looking for Nathan and Bob's files together. (Little does he know Sylar is following him.)
- Through hallways. (Still being followed.)
- And more hallways. (The stalking continues.)
- Until he meets up with Elle. He (painfully) finds out that she has a power, but before they can get moving Sylar attacks. Peter uses absorbed electricity to deter Sylar and then drags an injured Elle up onto the stairwell with him, hoping to escape.
- Even though Peter wants to run away, Elle insists on fighting Sylar - she gets a few hits on him, but Sylar ends up stabbing her in the neck with a pen. Peter then tackles Sylar and they get into a scuffle until Sylar manages to get the upper hand. He cracks open Elle's head and gets a look at her brain...
DAY 38
1st shift (breakfast): missed; slept in
2nd shift (library): Peter meets up with Roland and tells him what happened the night before - then they discuss what's in the area surrounding the institute, and then move on to talk about their visitors.
3rd shift (lunch): Peter has an appointment with Renamon and answers her questions regarding Nathan and his disappearance.
4th shift (game room): Peter joins Tyki for a game of poker.
5th shift (dinner): Peter spends dinner with a brand new roommate, Sam, and spends most of the time answering his questions.
NIGHT 38
- Peter heads out for Mello's room to pick up Nathan's file since Mello had grabbed it for him, and Sam tags along.
- Through one hallway.
- They arrive at a crowded room (Asch, Teisel, and ZEX are also there), but Peter quickly gets the file and then they're on their way.
- Peter gives Nathan's file a quick look, and also explains about Nathan to Sam. They decide to go get Sam a weapon from the courtyard shed.
- They walk and talk.
- Peter sees Roland with Heat of all people; wary, he tries to avoid them. Sam asks some more questions about visitors, and then when they see that the rec field is covered in fog, Sam requests that he be taken to the dining hall instead.
- So they go back.
- They're baffled by a trail of blood and the door to the Sun Room being boarded off (with a forced opening). Peter finds a stray necklace which Sam takes immediate interest in. Sam admits it belonged to his brother, and says he needs to check things out. Peter insists on going with him.
- After some badgering, Peter finds out that Sam's brother is dead. They follow the trail of blood to the stairwell.
- Peter tells Sam about how people can be brought back from the dead here, and also explains the timeline discrepancies.
- And continues to explain as they search the second floor.
- Before they can get much farther, night ends.
DAY 39
1st shift (breakfast): Peter and Mori meet, and then Peter tells Mori about Claire so that he can help with keeping an eye out for her.
2nd shift (therapy): Peter goes to therapy, only to meet Dr. Mohinder Suresh, who doesn't recognize him and insists that he isn't Peter. As Peter tries to figure out what's going on, Mohinder asks him some questions. Peter tries to convince Mohinder that he really is Peter, but to no avail.
3rd shift (lunch): missed; ate lunch
4th shift (sun room): Peter confronts Roland about Heat and learns a little more about the man and his friend in the process.
5th shift (dinner): Peter and Sam have their dinner chat, and Peter looks through Nathan's file, though it doesn't have much useful information.
NIGHT 39
- Peter leaves his room and goes to meet Brooklyn.
- Through his patient block.
- And more hallways.
- He catches up with Brooklyn. They chat for a bit and are then joined by Near (Nate), who comes off as weird right from the start.
- They head toward Mohinder's office.
- Near debates about the purpose of the doctors with Peter while Brooklyn breaks the lock leading into the office.
- Once inside, Peter is distracted by the office having Chandra's book in it. They don't get to search much before night ends.
DAY 40
1st shift (breakfast): Peter has a brief talk with Zelnick.
2nd shift (rec field): Peter meets Kira, who is suffering the after-effects of getting attacked by The Grudge ghost. He finds her hair in his hair and ends up coughing up some of the hair, as well. Peter tries to help him and asks him some questions about the ghost.
3rd shift (lunch): After speaking with Homura over the bulletin, Peter finds him and Okita [Soujirou] at lunch. He tells them about Sylar and they attempt to recruit him into the History Club.
4th shift (sun room): Daphne approaches Peter, and they confuse each other for a while before realizing that they're from different times. Peter learns a bit about the future, such as the fact that he loses his ability and that there is a dangerous company called Pinehearst.
5th shift (dinner): Peter and Sam talk about the problems caused by people being from different time periods, and Peter finds out that Sam is from Dean's future and hasn't yet told Dean about this.
NIGHT 40
- Peter leaves his room, intending to go to Mohinder's office again.
- And thinks to himself as he goes through the hallways.
- Still going...
- He meets Brooklyn. Once they decide that 'Nate' isn't showing, they move on.
- As they move on, Peter asks Brooklyn about how he and 'Nate' met.
- Brooklyn explains about the protective nature of gargoyles as Peter breaks down the door into Mohinder's office.
- Once inside, Peter collects Chandra's book and then the two of them discover a safe, which they decide they need the help of a thief to open. Peter also notices a map, though it's unmarked. They debate for a while about what to do next before heading out.
- They decide to head upstairs.
- They head for the stairs..
- And go up...
- And don't get any further before night ends.
DAY 41
1st shift (breakfast): Peter meets up with Tyki and tells him about what he did the night before. They also talk about their worlds and realize that they're both from Earth.
2nd shift (courtyard): Peter decides to speak with Depth Charge when he sees that the man looks like he's been through hell. They bond over the fact that they both watched people get killed while in the institute, and Depth Charge tells Peter that he should definitely kill the one responsible (Sylar).
3rd shift (lunch): Daphne finds Peter again. Peter tells her about Mohinder, but she expresses a lack of faith in Mohinder's ethics which throws Peter for a loop. Peter finds out what Daphne's power is.
4th shift (showers): skipped; showered.
5th shift (dinner): Peter talks to an injured Sam who lies and tells Peter that a ghost was the cause. Peter also confirms that the 'Brian Johnson' he spoke with before is Sam's brother.
NIGHT 41
- Not quite knowing what he's going to do with his night, Peter heads out on his own.
- After deciding to head upstairs, Peter gets intercepted by Sylar, which leaves him with more conflicting thoughts about what to do about the killer. Sylar threatens Peter's friends, which Peter tries to brush off as he urges that they keep moving.
- Peter realizes that he has to let Sylar come along with him since he can't let the man out of his sight knowing that he might go and attack an innocent.
- Peter tries to head up the stairs, but Sylar stops him, saying that he wants to check out Mohinder's office. Peter tells him that's a waste of time, having searched it already himself.
DAY 42
1st shift (bus ride): Peter has a very brief meeting with Javert on the way to Doyleton.
2nd shift (morning): Peter wanders down Main Street and is then suddenly discovered by Nathan. Peter's confused about this, seeing how he'd seen his brother as a visitor, and he quickly tries to figure out just how much Nathan remembers. When he realizes that his brother is brand new, he realizes he's got a lot to explain and they go in search of a place where they can talk.
3rd shift (noon): Sitting down at Twin Pines, Peter explains to Nathan that he was here once before and also came to see him as a brainwashed visitor, all of which Nathan finds hard to believe. They continue to talk...
4th shift (afternoon): skipped
5th shift (evening): skipped
NIGHT 42
- Peter thinks back on the things he told Nathan (retconning the skipped shifts) as they walk back toward the buses. Suddenly, zombies attack!! After panicking for a bit, Peter decides they should try to get back to the buses and the two push through zombie hoards to do so.
- As they get closer to the buses, Peter realizes that one of them is on fire, and spots two other patients running away from it - Sam and Dean (or Brian). He runs toward them to help.
- Peter attempts to hold off the zombies and nurses that are trying to chase after Sam and Dean and is somewhat successful before he loops around to help Sam carry Dean to safety.
- They get to the relative safety of the residential area, where Peter has it confirmed that 'Brian' was sedated. He decides to head back out to see if he can help more people, even with both Sam and Nathan trying to talk him out of it.
DAY 43
1st shift (chapel/sun room/cafeteria): skipped; slept in
2nd shift (cafeteria): Peter speaks with Daphne and they bond over the fact that they both witnessed someone die. He does his best to comfort her.
3rd shift (waiting room/lobby 1): Peter and Nathan are visited by their mother. While it's strange having to talk to her in this kind of context, Peter actually holds up pretty well. It only reminds him that he still has people to save.
4th shift (sun room): Peter comes across Roland, who is suffering from some sort of pain on a couch in the Sun Room. He explains it as getting bitten by a zombie the night before, which just worries Peter more. Roland doesn't understand why Peter is so concerned about him, but Peter keeps him company nonetheless. He also discovers that Roland died before arriving in Landel's and that Heat has disappeared from the institute.
5th shift (dinner): Peter deals with some guilt that Sam got injured after he left him the night before, but Sam assures him that it's no big deal. Peter explains about how Nathan came back and asks after Dean before nightshift comes.
NIGHT 43
- After hearing the strange announcement from I.R.I.S, Peter heads out to meet Nathan.
- And continues on.
- And keep going, complete with Sylar paranoia.
- Peter and Nathan meet up, they exchange room numbers, and Nathan informs Peter that Claire is back. The cheerleader herself shows up soon after, and while she's spooked when she thinks that she's seen something, they decide that they need to keep moving.
- On their way to find weapons, Peter suddenly sees a ghost of Simone, and after that both he and Claire are forced to take the wounds of people they've seen die. Nathan has to stand there helplessly while the two die on him.
DAY 44
1st shift (breakfast): And yet, Peter overcomes death once again! He's shaken up, but he heads to the cafeteria, where he meets Callisto, who drills him about the night before and makes him somewhat uncomfortable.
2nd shift (showers/sun room): Peter showers and then moves to the Sun Room, where he encounters a badly injured Sylar. They verbally joust and Peter comes to the decision that he thinks he could murder Sylar if the man ever put his friends/family in danger again.
3rd shift (lunch): Peter comes across Nathan and assures him that he's not actually dead.
4th shift (arts and crafts): After going a full week without seeing him, Peter catches up with Wally. They talk about what they've been doing and discuss timeline issues again. Peter comes very close to telling Wally about how he almost blew up New York, but can't get the words out in the end.
5th shift (dinner): Peter and Sam realize that both of them had to deal with the events of the previous night, and Peter goes on to explain that he's died twice before that as well.
NIGHT 44
- Peter heads out to go meet up with Nathan, as usual.
- And thinks about the Head Doctor's announcement...
- And worries about Claire...
- Until he meets Nathan!
- They head onto the Recreational Field and as they are trying to get over the wall, a Nightmare starts heading for them. Nathan manages to get over the wall and escape, but Peter has to deal with a vision of a destroyed city before the monster leaves him alone. After that, he's quick to follow his brother.
- Peter brushes off what happened to him and is quick to break open the door into the Gardener's Shed.
- The two pick up weapons for both Nathan and Claire before the night ends.
DAY 45
1st shift (breakfast): Peter ends up chatting with Depth Charge over breakfast, and it's only partway through the conversation that he realizes something's not right: Depth Charge has been brainwashed, just like the visitors.
2nd shift (library): Peter then has to deal with a brainwashed Nathan. Hardly able to believe that his brother has been put through this a second time, he fights to make Nathan see the holes in his way of thinking, but with little success.
3rd shift (lunch): Peter is relieved to see that Roland, at least, is still sane. They discuss why this is happening and how long it might last.
4th shift (game room): Peter is approached by a Sylar who is acting very strange. At first assuming that the man is just taking advantage of the situation and acting as if he's brainwashed like the others, Peter becomes less sure of that fact as the conversation progresses.
5th shift (dinner): Peter is dismayed to see what even his roommate is brainwashed. Sam (Matthew) mentions that he saw Nathan earlier, and he even ends up revealing to Peter that he has the powers to exorcise demons. They talk about the zombie attack and Dean, and then Peter lets Sam know that he doesn't think any different of Sam because of the powers he has.
NIGHT 45
- As Peter heads out for nightshift on his own, Sylar (Zach) smacks into him.
- They move... barely anywhere.
