On Thursday Hob and Boom went to the thrift store for a monitor Hob saw and wanted, a Diamondvision by Mitsubishi in black. It looks like something old with a more square shape, but actually it has a flat screen face, and as I woofed the color is a more modern black. In these few days, the new year has been really neat so far. Last weekend Ric Sheepy was here, and we set up his new computer. It can take time, and there are lots of little things to do to tweak it, but it sure beats a new computer off of the shelf, because of the junkware that gets put in those to offset the cost of Windows. Last week, I did some cleaning out, and some networking, to make it easier to use more computers on the net, and cover guests when they come over with their laptops and stuff.
