I've been promising, and now I finally got around to writing my Oregon post.

Today was ok I guess. I woke up with a horrible sore throat. Very non good indeed. I went to the doctor for a little check-up, then went to Curves. I probably shouldn't have gone to the gym feeling kinda blah, but I didn't think it was that bad at the time. But when I was done, I felt really wobbly and weak. This weekend was full of family, friends, food, fun and BOOZE!! Yes, I know booze doesn't start with an F but I don't know another word to describe alcohol that starts with an F. So deal with it! ;] As per usual, a weekend with many key points will be broken down with many lj-cuts. And away we go!

Ben got into LA yesterday!

It was so surreal having him in LA. I mean, he'd been here before and everything. But it feels different, now that I'm living out here and he's visiting me. Jacob's BBQ was really fun yesterday, and I'm glad I went. There were a bunch of geeky boys there, but most of them were married or engaged and the 2 single guys that were there didn't seem that interested, so whatever. It was still a good time, and I'm glad I went. I got to see Manhattan Beach, hang out with my cousin, and meet some new people. ( Read more... )

Tonight was completely awesome. I slept in until 11ish which was absolutely lovely. Made some breakfast, watched some TV and decided to go on a last minute search for a cute top for Brandy's birthday. The invitation said "Dress To Impress" and the party was at a club, so I felt I should get something club appropriate ( Read more... )

Friday night I just hung at home and watched more of "Firefly" which was still very fun. I finished the whole first (and only) season on Saturday and that show is awesome. It's such bullshit ( Read more... )
