I knew this day would come. But was not sure why. But I got the shock of my life. Douglas no longer believes in Santa Claus.

He has a good reason. One I remember growing up having several ideas about myself.

Yesterday I get a call telling me someone through a brick through a window in my old house.

Today Emily calls to tell me some one stuck a knife through the door frame on the apartment.

I think it is time for me to leave the city. Nah. I need to go find the fuckers and prosecute!

This week had all different kinds of things going on.

Don and I played at the beach. On Monday we took some of my old sand toys from my dads and headed to Illinois Beach State Park. We played for what seemed like hours but was only 90 minutes. Monday really started off bad. Don had awoken from the wrong side of the couch. He got ready (as did Doug) but when it came time to leave he threw tantrums. Bad ones. Thursday after work I wasn't feeling real great. But I went about my chores anyway.

I had a strong workout week. Monday I benched over 260 lbs for the first time in over a year. I started at 225 lbs and went up from there. I did leg extensions (4 sets - 225 lbs each). Been a while since an update so there is lots to tell. Just not enough time for it all.
