Hi hamster friends,

I need some advice on Harriet. But first I will post a cute lil video of Hoots eating seeds, and some cute pics of Harriet stuffing her pouch full of treats!

I think George has developed a tumor. There's a large bump under his cheek pouch. It's squishy and seems to slightly move around if I gently poke at it, but maybe that's his skin moving. It seems to have developed overnight, but he's still as active as ever and has an appetite. I'm taking him to the vet next Tuesday tomorrow (I got it move earlier ( Read more... )

It's been a couple of weeks now since we took Oliver, one of our dwarf hamsters, to the vet. He was given an injection of steroids and antibiotics and we were asked to take him back if he showed signs of improvement, so we could pick up more antibiotics.
