The Kem Legacy: 2.3 Could It be Love Again?
Okay so the last entry was all about Ben adjusting to being the mother and the father in his twin girl's worlds, but he made it. Also it showed how he finally left the intricate towel folding business to be a hard working cop. Also he got laid! Woot woot!

Me: Must you run in slow motion every single time you go to work?
Ben: Like you don't enjoy it or something >:D
Me: Well it seems that Mercedes is making new friends. She brought home Dimitiri Ivanov home with her from school.
Dimitri: I hate homework and the only thing I hate worse than that is being "it" during tag.
Mercedes: Your It! Ha ha ha!
Dimitri: And yet you persist on making me be "it" all the time!
Mercedes: It's the name of the game!
Dimitri: Why do you do that!
Mercedes: Suck it up loser!
Dimitri: I am nooooooot!
Mercedes: Are too!
Me: Meanwhile inside Sophia is working on being the family genius...except...
Sophia: Homework is hard D:
Me: That she isn't a genius.
Me: Inside the house Mercedes is enjoying being a kid and doing normal kid things. What evidence do I have that Sophia isn't actually very kid like?
Me: Here we have Mercedes feeding Athena their pet jellyfish while Dimitri plays nicely with the toy cars. And oh what is Sophia doing? Working on her second novel is all.
Me: Hey there Ben been working on your cooking skills much?
Ben: Aye what can I say, the girls just enjoy the simple things in the morning. But hey I'd love to talk but I gotta get downtown to ask a few sims some questions.
Ben: I'd like you to answer some questions for the Riverview Police Department (RPD!) sir.
Gray Hair (cause if I don't write the name down it doesn't get remembered): What answers could I possibly give you?
Grey Hair: Plus I ain't talking to any of you lack luster RPD drones anymore! What do I look like a snitch!
Ben: My first interview and this guy just had to hate cops.
Me: Well it seems that this lady is just reeling to squeal.
Ben: So you would like to participate?
Woman: Of course, I'm like a fly on the wall of every room!
Ben: >____>;; Oh really???
Ben: So have you seen any mysterious activities dealing with the community? Any places you think we should patrol more often?
Woman: I hear that there is a lot going on down at the secluded pond not far from where that new house was built ontop of the hill.
Ben: You mean the place with the yellow siding and the awesome swimming pool?
Woman: Yeah not far from that place. You should watch it.
Woman: I mean I've watched your house that place many times and it seems there is alot of naughty behavior going on!
Ben: I'll keep a sharp eye out ma'am.
Me: She is so suspicious!
Woman: Personally, between you, me, and the local RPD I approve.
Me: And the reporting goes on.
Ben: Okay boss any thing you want to say about the community or the rumors of things going on at the backwoods pond behind my house?
Boss: It's insanity! There is no cover up of any kind going on. I put my badge on it >_>.....
Ben: Okay Rick (?) the Boss claims that there isn't any thread of truth to the story about the Mysterious backwoods pond, what is your opinion on it?
Rick: I mean even if I could say something I wouldn't, I mean if I knew something, which I don't...heh...o_o;;
Ben: Okaaaaaaaaay....That's enough interviewing for today.
Ben: Do girls not know how to work the damn shower? Why is their bathroom always breaking! It has the high quality appliances for goodness sakes!
Mercedes: Haven't seen you around much dad where ya been?
Ben: My job has me doing a lot of reporting so daddy has been out and about a lot.
Sophia: I bet your doing a fine job with your police work. Oh by the way I broke the dishwasher.
Ben: --______--;; Sophia why do you insist on breaking the dishwasher.
Sophia: I HAD TO SILENCE IT!
Ben: I'll get right on it.
Ben: Might as well add the silent attachment to it so Sophia can stop flipping out.
Me: Kids are just so cute when they're sleeping.
Me: I guess when it rains it pours.
Ben: If your referring to all the broken appliances then yes, they all broke. That's hilarious since I barely use them!
Ben: I know this had to be Sophia, she get's a little tense when she see's garbage somewhere.
Ben: What is that my tuneful pelvis? Is that a Betty a sense?
Me: Well look at her there. She was on her way to the local pool just as your girls were arriving. What a coincidence!
Me: Probably would of never noticed if it wasn't for Mercedes taking so long to show up. Notice the impatiently waiting Sophia.
Mercedes: I'm.......Coming.....Need...Water....Fluids...Depleting...
Me: While the girls go for a swim the rest of the neighborhood decides to show up including Ben.
Me: Notice the chemistry from across the room. Every time they are in the same room they just gravitate to each other. It's so meant to be!
Betty: Ben! How are ya?
Ben: I'm doing alright. Hey how about giving me an ex-neighborly report?
Betty: Anything for you Ben. We should really make some time to catch up.
Ben: That sounds great Betty.
Betty: I mean I haven't seen you since..well..
Ben: I understand now that I was a fool and you were just trying to help.
Betty: Yeah you were pretty dumb back then, but you seem so mature and different now.
Ben: I have matured but I'm still the same old me.
Betty: I kinda miss you Ben. I mean your antics of course.
Ben: Yeah...of course.
Me: MARRY THIS GIRL ALREADY SCREW YOUR LTW!

Me: A little weird that Maggie just appears where ever the girls go...
Sophia: Come on old bones! Shake your booty!
Me: By the time Sophia got done every person in the park was groovin'. Including these two love birds.
Ben: Anyone else a little peckish?
Sophia: I am!
Mercedes: Just thinking of all the calories I've burned!
Maggie: I'm starving!
Me: At least the adults sat together.
Me: Back at the house.
Ben: How about a friendly report?
Maggie: I don't want my husband finding out about this!
Me: Someone spent the night I see....hmm hmm...
Ben: Maggie I had a really magical night of not getting laid just talking and getting to know eachother.
Maggie: Me too, but I feel like we can't be together. But I so badly want to be with you Ben!
Ben: Maggie you know what we must do.
Maggie: I know Ben, for us to be together we must kill our spouses.
Ben: Hell no it's called divorce for god sakes.
Maggie: Oh yeah, yes I will leave my husband and you must leave June.
Together: Omnomnom
Ben: Mercedes your teacher said that I have to start making you practice your math because your getting a bit behind.
Sophia: Yeah no kidding.
Mercedes: Shut up know it all. At least I won't need therapy when I get older because I missed out on my childhood to be perfect!
Ben: Quiet girls we can all go to therapy just do your damn homework.
Sophia: Well Mercedes broke the dishwasher!
Ben: That's evident Desi were doing your homework in a puddle.
Ben: It's only fair that you help Mercedes.
Mercedes: But it's gross.
Ben: I don't want to hear any 'tude girl daddy has a lot to get done tonight.
Ben: Hey June I'm so happy that you could come over.
June: Well what do you expect it's the first time that you've called me in days.
Ben: Let's not talk out here, let's talk inside.
Ben: June I've fallen in love with someone else.
June: Whaaaat????
Ben: I didn't know how to tell you.
June: Doesn't seem like your having a problem now.
Ben: Just please forgive me. I've had a mental affair with this woman and in all reality I think she might be the one for me.
June: I had no idea Ben. I suppose I wish you the best.
Ben: I wish you the same June.
June: Did you say a mental affair?
Me: After some prodding June finally left with their friendship intact and Ben could finally sit down and work on those reports.

Well Ben has fallen head over heels again with a married woman, when will he ever learn. The girls are growing more and more everyday and with some prodding they may someday be on the honor roll (well Mercedes anyway Sophia has been on it forever). Till next time!
