Helene is almost upon us. We actually had a decent bit of sun, beginning in the last morning, lasting into the afternoon. And then the outermost bands began to arrive. I slept a little more, get this, I woke about 4 a.m., roled over and had a cramp in my leg so violent that I very almost screamed. Actually screamed. I have never, I do not think, screamed.
