Today I went and signed up for the gym that now occupies the building that held The Miladi Group. Our family used to go there for dance, karate and gym, but Miladi left recently and Northside Fitness moved in. It's only $20 per month for me, and there is child care and tanning. :-) Whoo hoo! Every time I am trying to stick to my Points, something comes up and I'm tired of it. Birthdays, baby showers, I run out of food, etc. I am tired of not sticking to things! I have been SO bad about what I eat lately that I have gained like five pounds in the past couple of weeks. Part of it is because I stretch $148 for food for the whole month, so at the end of the month it is hard for me to eat as healthy as I usually do. Part of it is comfort eating, I think. So my kids are just awesome, of course. Thayana is at a place where she is just learning SO much - especially since she mimics Tariah half the time. The other day I caught her sitting at the table counting with Tariah. Then yesterday she started counting to three before she jumped off of something. I feel really great about myself today for some reason. Probably because I feel really good about the way I look due to the fact that I actually stuck to my Points tonight.
