Yesterday at breakfast Jo said he and his friends were going to hike at Wickersham Dome (around 27 miles from Fairbanks) later in the day, and invited me to go with them. Recently Jo made a group on Facebook called Queers on Gears, a place to invite people to bike ride, get ice cream, or whatever we want to do. Yesterday we hosted a barbecue at the house..some people I knew, but there were some new faces too. Not as many people came as we expected, but I like smaller groups better anyway.
