On Thursday, Sarah and I went on a hunt for baked goods on St. Clair. We started at the always popular Da Best Pilipino Bakery and worked our way west. So what happens when you try a recipe for the first time and it all turns out delicious, except that you have way more filling than pastry, and it takes a long time to make the pastry and it's already 11 pm and you are tired and don't want to fuss with cutting butter into flour?
