For those of you who didn't know, I went on the JoCo Cruise from 7 March - 14 March. My trip was fantastic. There were many people concerned for my safety. I felt most vulnerable getting on and off the ship, and in FLL airport. But I wore gloves when touching handrails, used Purell, and washed my hands frequently. I used Clorox ( Read more... )

Thanks to everyone who chimed in with ideas for what to do with all the carrots. I opted today to shred some of them in my food processor and used some for a simple carrot salad. I also made carrot bread, using the carrots and the mixed white/wheat flour that came from my CSA. Pounds upon pounds upon pounds of carrots remain. But here's a ( Read more... )
