Apparently on Memorial Day, Eyewitness News aired the spot about E.'s shoemaking class, which included an interview with me about making my wedding shoes. I've begun making jewelry again (racerexmachina, did you want red beads or black aurora in your choker and earrings?), and picked up some more leaf-beads and acrylic flowers to start rebuilding my hoard for the next Regina Opera sales. It took me a year and a half, but I have finally finished dressing the doll I made at the Wendy Froud workshop two Aprils ago. Tatting: Received a commission for a pair of bracelets last week, and have spent most of this week working on them (since I discovered over the weekend that I didn't have the thread I need for either of them).
